To Donate a plate online order, please follow these steps:

1. Go to Adaptive Independence.com.
2. Click on Donate a Plate Now at the bottom of the page
3. Enter a note if you wish to specify who will recieve the donated plate
4. Enter your credit card information  
5. Enter your billing  information 
6. Complete the checkout process, then review and submit your order with the "Pay" button.
7. If your order was successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation message.

Yes, we offer discounts for students and military personnel with valid ID. We also offer a discount for bulk orders. 

Yes, we provide tracking information for all orders. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Yes! you can order the plate in multiples, and we will ship them all in one box individually packaged or not. Please contact us for these custom orders. Price varies based upon packing so contact us today for a tailored quote.

Yes, it is. We have all the certificates that ensure the melamine we use for the adaptive plates are 100% BPA-free and no problem for your health.

To place an online order, please follow these steps:

2. Click on Order Now or Products at the top of the page
3. Locate the item(s) you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.
4. When you are ready to checkout, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right. 
5. Before clicking on the Checkout button.
6. On the next page, you have two options: Sign In or Checkout as a Guest.
7. Complete the checkout process, then review and submit your order with the "Place Order" button.
8. If your order was successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation message.
